🔄 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

Returns are generally processed within 3–4 days. Damaged and defective items will be inspected and processed within 4–5 days.

✅ Return Eligibility

• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Returns are not accepted for items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 3–4 days of approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Hygiene-related products, if the packaging has been opened

📍 Return Shipping

We may provide a return shipping label in select cases. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
